This year is the 80th Anniversary of Victory in Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and World Anti-Fascist War. The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups is planning to launch “The 80th Anniversary of the Victory in the War of Resistance: A Commemoration by Thousands of Youth” to allow public and youth deepen the understanding on the history of the victory of the war. By appreciating different scenes from the war period, participants will learn about Hong Kong's contributions during the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, hence promoting patriotism and enhancing the sense of national identity of Hong Kong people, especially youth.

Mental Health Carnival: Interactive booths, vibrant performances, engaging teens to learn mental wellness and embrace positivity!

The public enjoyed the talents of the new generation in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere. There will be street dancing, cheering team and busking performances, as well as youth trendy art booths to showcase the creative talents of young people.

Sports Demonstration and Fun Day, Games Booth and Photo-taking Corner

To promote the 15th National Games, the event includes group basketball competitions. A basketball star is also invited to meet with the participating students to share their insights. The competition serves as a summary of the training. These allow youth and children to showcase their skills through the matches.

More than thirty local secondary school teams will present their innovative science inventions and research projects in the exhibition.

The Filpball Competition and Workshop, paired with the "Welcome to the National Games" Fun Day, promotes a "Sports for All" culture by inviting youth and families in the district to discover and engage with an exciting new sports.

Leading young people in Wan Chai district to visit riding school, including watchig video of “Understanding Equestrian Sports”, introduction of basic equestrian knowledge, stable visit and Shetland pony feeding.

Youth participants will join the 3 days and 2 nights group activities and it helps build up their confidence.

Through the simulation of the real situation in prison, students are able to experience the life of persons in custody in correctional institutions and reflect on the detrimental effects of committing crimes.

The game lets participants act as correctional officers to help them understand the work of the department and reflect on the price of committing crimes.

The Customs YES Promotion Truck will visit secondary schools, tertiary institutions and non-government organizations (NGO) to introduce the works of Customs and promote national education to the youth.
