Youth Arts Festival 2024 comprises competitions in Chinese calligraphy, Chinese painting and western painting, teenagers are also encouraged to sell their handcraft products during exhibitions.

Through a project, Tseung Kwan O Police District uses historical monuments as themes to cultivate young people's sense of belonging to the community. In addition, this project also launches a youth activity called "TKO Junior" to cultivate young people's leadership skills and enhance their sense of social responsibility and community awareness.

The Customs YES Promotion Truck will visit secondary schools, tertiary institutions and non-government organizations (NGO) to introduce the works of Customs and promote national education to the youth

The game lets participants act as correctional officers to help them understand the work of the department and reflect on the price of committing crimes.

The workshop will introduce the history, evolution, materials, and techniques of the Hong Kong Intangible Cultural Heritage - Bamboo Theatre and Flower Plaque.
